Peachtree Creek Greenway Welcomes New Board Member: Mitchell Dagley
The Peachtree Creek Greenway is excited to announce the newest addition to our Board of Directors, Mitchell Dagley. Mitchell joins us with a rich background in real estate and business lending, and his expertise will be instrumental in guiding the future development of the Greenway.
Background and Expertise
Mitchell currently serves as the Managing Director of Originations at Bay Point, where he leads a team responsible for evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities. His focus areas include real estate, secured business lending, and equity investments. This role has given Mitchell a unique perspective on urban development and sustainable growth, aligning perfectly with the objectives of the Peachtree Creek Greenway.
Prior to his position at Bay Point, Mitchell was a portfolio manager for Clifton Property Trust, a commercial real estate investment firm. Here, he honed his skills in deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management, particularly within the realm of opportunistic, value-add strategies in real estate.
Mitchell is an alumnus of Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the undergraduate business school. His academic background laid the foundation for his successful career in finance and real estate.
Personal Connection to the Community
Having lived in Atlanta for over a decade, Mitchell has developed a deep appreciation and understanding of the community. Originally from Nashville, he brings a regional perspective to the Board, enriched by his experiences in both cities.
Mitchell is a resident of Woodland Hills, where he lives with his wife and their three rescue pets – two cats and a dog. His personal interests include golf and trail running, activities that echo the Greenway’s commitment to promoting outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship.
